Is the setup fee separate from the monthly plan?＋
Yes. The setup is a one-time fee that covers building and launching your assistant. After that, your monthly plan covers running it, integrations, and ongoing tuning. Think of setup as the build, and the plan as keeping the lights on.
Which setup tier do I need?＋
Most small businesses need Base — booking, FAQs, and a calendar connection. Choose Extended if you need the AI connected into a CRM or live API systems. If your operation is large or unusual, Custom gives you a tailored scope and fixed quote.
Do I really qualify for free setup?＋
If you're a small, growing women-led or family business with modest call volume and straightforward needs, very possibly. We've set clear, honest criteria on our eligibility page — check them, and if you fit, the Base setup fee is waived completely.
What if my needs grow later?＋
You can upgrade at any point. If you start on Base and later need a CRM integration or more complex flows, we scope the extra work and only charge for what's added — never a full re-setup.
How long does setup take?＋
Base setups usually go live within one to two weeks. Extended takes a little longer depending on the integrations involved. Custom timelines are agreed upfront in your proposal.
